The lease was up on my car and I needed to have the smell of smoke removed. Tim did a great job of removing the odor from my car. He was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. He is very responsive to texts and calls, so anytime I had a question or a concern I got a quick response. I would definitely recommend!

Our plastic bag was smoldering when it was leaning up against a wall "plug in" and caused this horrible plastic odor through out the apartment. We tried everything on our own including the air purifier but nothing worked. We called Tim at Professional Odor Removal and he arrived that very day and met us at the apartment with an air scrubbing machine with a special filter that helps remove the contamination from the air and he also used a hot fogging device to apply an odor counteracted to leave the apartment smelling better than burnt plastic smell. He left the equipment running for a few days longer than what he quoted us and didn't charge us any additional fees. He even offered to help us remove the smell from furniture! Well after all said and done we are very pleased with the service Bob provides and highly recommended him for any odor needing removal. He's a real easy going guy to work with and a real professional with a strong working ethics!

Well let's see, my tenets brought a small English Bulldog Puppy to the apartment and you guessed it, the puppy made a mess as well as a horrible odor throughout the whole house.... I googled around and found Tim and read the reviews he had and knew I had the right company. He came and assessed the situation and came up with a plan to pull the rug back remove the padding, clean and seal the subfloor and re-install new padding along with the odor free freshly cleaned carpet. The house has no more unpleasant odor or stains....and needless to say the puppy was placed with a family who can spend quality time and train the little guy properly. If you need help like we did do your self the favor look no more call these guys and ask for TIM.

These guys are real professionals from beginning to the end. Robert the owner is great to work with they offer a lot of value for what they do and they do it really well and on time. my parents had Possums get in the basement and made the whole place smell horrible. as soon as i called them Tim was there and started the job and after a few days of work the place smelt great. i highly recommend their service.
